Research Methodology
Research Methodology
MAGNiTT’s research is built on the same verified dataset that powers the platform. Every figure in a MAGNiTT report is traceable back to the underlying data, and every data point follows the classification methodology documented on our Data Methodology page.
Data foundation
Reports draw from 36,195 companies, 24,240 funding rounds, 8,182 investors, 1,374 exits, and 1,000 funds. Data is filtered by the geographic and temporal scope of each report, using the same classification rules applied on the platform.
Analytical process
Research analysts apply the funding stage groupings (Early Stage, Late Stage, Venture Growth) and geographic definitions documented in the methodology. Year-on-year comparisons use the same vintage of data to ensure consistency. Where data lags affect the latest quarter (particularly at seed stage), this is noted in the report.
Editorial standards
Every MAGNiTT report follows the brand voice: declarative, data-led, geographically precise. Numbers are always cited with their time period. Geography is named specifically (not “the region”). Forward-looking statements are grounded in data trends, not speculation.
